For these reasons, the hair of your head becomes grey before time. But you can do them black in the easy ways given below-

  1. Amla

The antioxidants present in the Amla provide freshness in grey hair cells, which strengthens the hair. Because of this, the problem of all hair problems, such as grey hair, decrease, rupture and thinning, gradually decreases. Put the dry gooseberry powder in henna for a better result and put it on the scalp and hair.

  1. Vitamin B 12

Foods such as milk and milk made products, fish, eggs, nuts, soybean, beans and chicken contain plenty of vitamin B12. Include all these in your daily diet.

  1. Coconut oil

You may have noticed that very few South Indian people have grey hair. Like the others, they do not have the problem of grey hair from time to time. The reason behind this is the coconut oil and curry leaf. You should also do regularly massage the head with coconut oil. If you do massage with curry leaves, then it will get more benefit. This will not only reduce the hair loss but also reduce hair splits.

  1. Curry leaf

Curry leaves contain vitamin B1, B3, B9 and C. Apart from this, iron, calcium and phosphorus are also found. Because of this, it strengthens your hair and prevents it from getting thin.For this, dry the flakes of curry leave in the sun and mix it in a bowl of coconut oil or olive oil and burn for 10 minutes. Filter this oil by cooling down and massage it with every week. If you want, you can drink it by making its tea.

  1. Henna

This is also the best way to black hair. For this, soothe henna in iron utensils. After keeping it for one or two days, place it on hair and scalp.
